And as exciting as it all sounds, our company is a newborn baby. Nothing great ever happened without a talented team.
That's why we're writing to you today.
#1: WE NEED A PARTNER
We believe some of the most talented freelancers in the world frequent this job board, and we want to make 1-2 of you our 10-20% business partner.
As our Head of Content Marketing, you'll be responsible for heading up our grassroots campaigns.
The goals you'll try to hit by June 21st :
- 1,400 Facebook group members (we're currently at 121)
- 900 signups for our email list
- 2,800 Instagram followers
You'll collaborate with us to create content, reach out to other freelancers, and help attract attention through engaging content. In order to succeed in this partnership, it's important that you have a few qualities :
- Passion for helping other freelance writers
- Ability to implement a documented marketing strategy
- Versatile content marketing knowledge & skillset
To help fund the company, we're going to launch a deep-dive freelance writing course. You will be integral during this time.
And, ultimately, will share in the spoils. :)
Although we're thinking about the partner fulfilling a Head of Content role, this opportunity isn't limited to that. Please apply and let us know your ideas, skills, and passions.

#2: WE NEED WRITERS
We're also on the lookout for talented writers. This position will start around July 2019, but we need to start vetting candidates now.
Topics will be around freelancer productivity, sales, strategies, lifestyle, and mindset.
In the beginning, we need someone who can write and upload 1-2x 1,000-word posts a week for us. Pay is $0.15 per word.
