In 2013, we founded OfficeNinjas to breathe fun energy into and provide recognition for an often overlooked profession: the administrative role. But this community of office pros wasn’t born from a stroke of genius, it was born from a major problem.
Admins lacked public recognition of workplace contributions, opportunities to connect with other pros in what’s often a department of one, and a marketplace to choose hand-selected vendors who’d improve office life.
We firmly believe Office Ninjas—office managers, executive assistants, operations pros, and admins—are the pillars of every successful company. In fact, we’re so passionate about this belief that we focused on shaping a community just for them. Nowadays, it’s become a place to empower, educate, and unite Ninjas from around the globe.
