A Brief Big Wave History

Big Wave Digital was founded in 2010 by digital entrepreneur Keiran Hathorn.

It was borne from Keiran’s drive to innovate and disrupt impersonal traditional corporate recruitment models.

His team’s passion for technology, business integrity and plethora of connections in the digital ecosystem has enabled Keiran to build a robust, agile business.

Keiran has worked with the best digital talent since founding his first successful company in 1998 – at the very onset of the digital age.
