3R Teacher Training  was founded by classroom teachers with a common passion – helping teachers to meet their challenges and make their classroom lives more rewarding. We have long realized that teachers learn best from other teachers who share their perspective and understand how valuable their time is and what they need to get from their inservice training. We ignore the pedagogical fads that seems to come in cycles and the educational jargon that serves no purpose. We teach nothing that we wouldn’t use in our own classrooms, and take great pride in what we do.
