Pay: $150 per 1600-1800 word search-engine optimized article
Logistics: paid twice per month via direct deposit as a contractor; remote position

What you'll be doing:
- writing 2-4 articles per month related to the college and grad school application process
(See an example of the type of content you'll be writing here, though it is longer than our usual content: https://theartofapplying.com/harvard-kennedy-school-essay-application-advice/) - conducting independent online research for your articles
- listening to Youtube videos and audio recordings of Kaneisha and other team members to aid in your content research (no transcribing involved)
- writing other content as you are interested and available (e.g. newsletters, social media post, etc.)
Who you should be:
- passionate about writing search engine optimized and engaging content
- have a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
- a strong writer
- able to consistently meet reasonable deadlines we both agree on
- eager to learn more about the college and grad school admissions process so you can improve the quality of our content marketing
Who you don't have to be:
- a college graduate
- a graduate from graduate school
- an SEO genius
