Freelance Technical Blog Writer

We’re looking for freelance writers who have a passion for technology. We are an established New England based MSP launching a new website in the fall and are searching for freelance writers who can produce blog content regularly.

We want our brand to be a trusted name in our local business community. To help accomplish this, we want to produce high-quality digital content to build brand awareness, educate our readers, and generate leads. Our goal is to post 15-25 times annually.

Tone and style of the blog

• Conversational tone
• Communicate complex technical topics to a general audience
• Sentence and paragraph structure should be short, concise, and easy to read
• Each blog post will be between 800 and 2000 words
• Posts must be SEO optimized

About the writer

• Must be a native English speaker
• Have a history of working with and understand standard technologies found in a business environment and understand best practices, including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Servers, FOSS, Firewalls, Microsoft 365, Backup/DR, and SaaS
• Can research topics and generate technically accurate content targeted at a non-technical audience
• Understand SEO
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
