Business/Technology Writer & Researcher – Freelance

We are looking for a talented and engaging writer passionate about startups, business trends, and internet culture.

Our first project is a report on the spending power of women. You’ll use your writing skills to translate research into and engaging report along with supplemental articles.

Must have the ability to write quickly and with a high level of quality.

This role is freelance/contract and fully remote.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equal professional experience
• 5+ years professional experience as a writer and researcher
• Familiar with technology, startups, and business concepts
• Demonstrated experience in writing research papers and and/or extensive articles -- both long-form and short-form
• Skilled project manager and collaborator who has excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects and deadlines
• Proficient in market research and uncovering information
• Ability to distill business concepts into engaging and non-boring copy
• Proficient in business-level written and spoken English.
