Description
Position Objective: Improve existing content for improved UX and SEO.
Tasks include:
Managing and delegating all the moving parts for creating outstanding Web content (mostly updating/improving existing content). It's a mix of hands-on and delegating the following tasks:
- Improve text content via research and editing (you will have access to a team of writers to assign content to but plenty of it you will do as well so you must have strong writing and editing skills).
- Create simple graphics (Canva or similar). You come up with the concepts and can delegate the creation of them to my graphic design team.
- Create simple charts and tables (Google sheets). Again, this can be delegated but in many cases, it might be faster to create them yourself.
- Improve content formatting (bullet points and subheadings)
- Some content SEO analysis using SEO software (no experience necessary for this… will fully train you on it).
Experience required:
- Experience producing content for the Web.
Some experience coming up with visuals/graphic design concepts (charts, tables and illustrations) to enhance text content. I have a graphic design team to assist. - Some rudimentary understanding of SEO is helpful (no experience needed; just some basic understanding of what it is).
- Able to manage a virtual team (team of virtual assistants, graphic designers and writers are located all over the world).
Tools Used
- WordPress
- Canva
- Google Sheets
- SEO analysis software
All of the above can be easily trained so don’t worry if you haven’t used all of the software platforms before.
Pay: $25 USD per hour via Paypal (you must be able to receive payments via Paypal).
Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week. You must work a good portion of those hours when I work which is 8 am to 3 pm Pacific Standard Time.
