Requirements: 

• Consistently deliver 10 articles a month (flexible deadlines)
• Native or highly fluent English speaker
• Great at researching and recommending gifts and outfit ideas to Gen Z audience
• You love women's fashion and understand the Gen Z aesthetic and humor
• You have a super fun and engaging writing style with tons of personality
• Have a basic to intermediate understanding of SEO
• Knows how to write concisely and without fluff

Compensation:

• Payments are made through Paypal every two weeks
• A fixed rate of $45 per article. Article length = 1800 words. Rate per word = 2.5 cents
