We're hiring writers to create expert level content for human resources leaders. Your portfolio should include examples of detailed and insightful content that goes beyond high-level guides.
The Role
- You'll interview experts and synthesize clean insightful articles from what you learn.
- You'll recognize and emphasize the details that most engage industry veterans.
- You'll write tightly organized and structured articles that clearly lay out your ideas.
What You Bring
-Clarity of thought. You understand difficult concepts and bring clarity for others with your words.
-Writing portfolio. You don't need any experience with this particular type of writing, however you should already be writing frequently and be able to share your portfolio of work.
-Openness to feedback. You're comfortable taking criticism and you're not precious about your work. You are excited to work as part of team to create content that serves a strategic purpose.
-Empathy. You find it easy to inhabit other's perspectives. In this role you'll both need to inhabit the reader and our organization to create pieces that serve the needs of both.
-Eagerness to learn. We're open to hiring less experienced business writers as long as you bring an excitement to grow your own skills and thinking.
