Description
We are looking for several ideators/creative thinkers - people whose imagination is constantly running to come up with new ideas and improvements to existing solutions. Some people's minds are trained that way because of their profession - ie: inventors, engineers, scientists, thinkers, conceptualists, entrepreneurs, creative writers with a high frequency of different problems to solve. Is this you?
You would continuously brainstorm with us, research ideas, and come up with evidence-based creative solutions that could advance existing ideas.
You will be expected to:
- Iterate on other people's ideas
- Be creative, share your own ideas
- Do some research before you engage in topics you are less familiar with
- Understand the difference between science and pseudoscience
- Be aware of cognitive biases and logical fallacies
- Reference your statements with reputable sources
- Use perfect English grammar
All the work will be available to the public (open source) through our brainstorming.com platform.

And how our system works:

We are an early-stage startup, bootstrapped from savings. We can't afford the most competitive rates initially, but as we grow, we will reward the early team with senior roles, higher salaries, and the opportunity for equity. For the time being and lack of a more suitable payment model, you would be paid a fixed per-word-rate. There are no deadlines or requirements other than those listed above. You can contribute as much as you like and whenever you feel inspired.
If this sounds right and you are full of ideas, let’s talk.
