Blog article on positive impact of digitization for municipalities

One of our sites, civiciwise.com provides a website and services to help cities provide online (digitized) services for their staff and citizens, we want to market ourselves.  Toward that end, we would like a blog article that touts the positive effect that digitization can have on a city, something like this: https://www.civicplus.com/blog/ce/how-digital-transformation-is-impacting-local-government

It should use examples of services that help businesses as well as individuals--and that benefit the city in general.

Examples to pull from:

• Sign permit portal helps business more quickly apply for sign permits;
• Zoning Search helps them more quickly apply for business permits--and helps the city process them more quickly.
• Online pet licensing helps with safety issues for pets, their owners, and citizens.
• Burn permit applications help ensure fire safety.  (Not sure you can work in all those examples.)

The article should mention that off-the-shelf solutions are provided, but where needed they can be tailored or extended to fit a cities needs.
