Men’s Lifestyle Writer

The Distilled Man is a men’s online magazine that helps everyday guys become well-rounded gentlemen.

We are looking for:

• A talented writer who can create 1-3 high-quality articles per month (~1500 words each).
• Writer should be comfortable working on assigned topics but may also pitch additional post ideas.
• Most content will be educational “how to” articles related to men’s lifestyle and self-development: social skills, grooming/style, career, relationships, motivation, food & drink, etc.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Native English speaker
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to write in a conversational tone
• Comfortable doing online research and going into depth on topics
• Familiarity with WordPress and writing for SEO
• Interest in men’s self-development and the “gentlemanly arts” a huge plus
• Sense of humor a must
• For each article, title tags and descriptions will be needed as well
• Expect up to 2-3 revisions before final approval
