Recipe transcriber

We put out a monthly subscription e-cookbook for doctors who take our courses and anyone else who wants to eat better but has no time to cook.  Writer must understand Microsoft Publisher, be able to create .pdf from a document, be able to place and crop photos.  English as a first language please, though as  primary language is okay.

The book is a combination of original recipes and collected recipes that are given links to the author/chef's page.

Samples of the completed books are available.  Expect new editions to meet or exceed look in style, organization, and language.  Payment is per piece produced.

May lead to other work later including regular blog work.
