About Us
Cryptoninjas is a crypto education and review publication covering exchange reviews, project analysis, product comparisons, and market news. We help readers navigate the crypto space with accurate, well-researched content across both informational guides and commercial reviews.
We are hiring experienced freelance content writers for a long-term engagement. We are building a stable writing bench and want writers who will grow with the publication over time, not one-off contributors. Writers will produce content for Cryptoninjas and our other media assets, so range across topics and brand voices is an advantage.
The Role
You will produce three content types:
- Informational technical guides: explainers and how-tos on trading mechanics, on-chain concepts, and emerging protocols, written to serve both newcomers and experienced users.
- Commercial reviews and comparisons: exchange, product, and platform roundups written to buyer intent, with accurate feature and fee data.
- AI product content: hands-on reviews of AI tools and commercial listicles (for example, "best AI image generator tools"), with accurate feature, pricing, and capability data.
Responsibilities:
- Produce 10 to 20 articles per month, each 1,500 words or more.
- Deliver each assigned article within a 2 to 3 day turnaround.
- Research primary sources (protocol docs, exchange fee schedules, on-chain data, and direct testing of AI tools) rather than paraphrasing competitor content.
- Add original analysis and a defensible point of view, not summary aggregation.
- Edit and revise your own drafts against editorial feedback before submission.
Content Standards
Articles must be logical, concise, and coherent, with claims traceable to primary sources. We require original analysis and a clear authorial viewpoint, aggregation of existing rankings without independent verification will be rejected. Appropriate humor and references are welcome.
Because we cover YMYL financial topics, factual accuracy is non-negotiable. Fee figures, token metrics, AI tool pricing, and dates must be verified at time of writing, not carried over from older sources.

Requirements
Must have:
- 2+ years producing crypto/blockchain content.
- Demonstrable understanding of trading concepts (spot, derivatives, order types, slippage) and core on-chain mechanics.
- Ability to write about AI products and tools, including hands-on reviews and commercial listicles (for example, "best AI image generator tool").
- Native or near-native written English.
- Ability to write technical topics for both general and advanced audiences.
- Capacity to commit to 10 to 20 articles per month long-term and work independently.
Preferred:
- Prior writing for a blockchain/crypto company or publication.
- Working SEO knowledge: search intent, entity coverage, on-page structure.
- Familiarity with primary on-chain data tools (block explorers, analytics dashboards) and current AI tools.
Pay
Fixed per-word rate applied to all articles, regardless of content type. Rate is negotiated per writer based on experience. Payment is made in crypto (USDT).
Hiring Process & Timeline
- Application: Email as specified below. Close date on July-20-2026
- Screening: We review portfolios within 5 business days. Applications missing samples or crypto experience are not progressed.
- Free test article: Shortlisted writers complete one unpaid trial piece of around 1,500 words against a real brief. We commit to not publishing test articles on our websites. If you ever find your test piece published on Cryptoninjas, we will pay you 10 times the standard rate for that article.
- Feedback & decision: We return edits within 7 days and confirm the outcome.
- Onboarding: Successful writers receive our style guide, brief templates, and first monthly assignment.
Expected total time from application to offer: 2 weeks.
