Description
We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to identify, engage, and onboard freelance talent across multiple sourcing channels. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for freelance positions, from sourcing through to placement.
Responsibilities
Source freelance candidates through job boards, social platforms, talent marketplaces, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen and assess candidates for role fit, availability, and rate alignment
Build and maintain a pipeline of vetted freelance professionals
Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify briefs and deliver shortlists within agreed timescales
Track sourcing metrics and channel effectiveness
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting freelancers or contractors
Familiarity with multiple sourcing channels (e.g. Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, specialist communities)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Self-directed, with a track record of meeting hiring targets
