Description
We’re a lifestyle media company seeking "writers/editors” who can use AI to help us create listicles across several brands covering various topics such as: family dynamics, retirement, love, parenting, etc.
Because you can use AI, content creation is fast and easy—about 5-10 minutes per listicle (really!). Your role is to generate the listicles (we'll give you the prompt to use), and lightly edit them based on guidelines we'll give you.
This is a flexible, low-stress role at a growing company. We can give you as much or as little work as you want but we do ideally want you to do at least 8 listicles/per day, which usually takes ~2 hours.
Compensation: We pay $12/listicle. Our contractors typically do 5-8 per hour. While we want all contractors to do at least 8/day, you can do more!
Skills required:
***Experience with lifestyle content. Everything we do is in the lifestyle space. If you've created listicles in the past, even better!
***Editorial judgment. AI writes the content but you must be able to recognize good content from bad. You will also typically have to lightly edit the subheads in the listicles.
***Experience working in a WordPress CMS. All listicles need to be uploaded into our WordPress backend. This is also super quick - takes about 5 min/article.
***English must be your native language as our listicles are written in a conversational style that can be hard to edit if English is not your first language. This is not negotiable and we do zoom calls with everyone to ensure this is the case.
