We’re looking for creative writers who know what it takes to grow equity, build value, and leverage real estate for financial freedom.

To serve this audience, we’re seeking contributors who have actually done the work: cosmetic upgrades to full-scale remodels, buying and flipping, house hacking, and using HELOCs and refinance strategies to reinvest.
Ideal candidates will have experience with one or more of the following:
- Fix-and-flip real estate investing
- DIY home renovation projects
- Working with contractors (or as a contractor!)
- Managing rehabs
- Budgeting for upgrades and increasing home value
- Leveraging home equity for financial goals (HELOCs, BRRRR, etc.)
- Navigating permits, zoning, home financing options, and all the bumps you inevitably find along the road when starting any home improvement project

About you
- 1+ years writing experience. Experience with financial writing, home improvement writing, and/or SEO preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with home improvement topics, and a genuine passion/enthuastic for these topics!
- Available to write 2 – 8 articles per month. (1,000 – 1,500 words on average)
- Open to constructive feedback and willing to make requested revisions within 1-3 business days.
- Strong command of the English language (native or fluent). Excellent grammar, style, and clarity. Personality that shines through your words.
- Able to conduct thorough research, source data correctly, and present complex information in a friendly, accessible way.
- Precision and accuracy are second nature to you—no chance we’ll find incorrect data or untrue statements in your writing.
- Keen eye for detail. Your writing is proofread and ready to publish, free of typos and basic style issues.
- Respectful of due dates, and communicative when there are issues and roadblocks.
