Controversial Professional Blogger Journalist

I am looking for a professional blogger to work on story assignments and write a thoughtful, provocative blog post 4 days a week. 2 short blog entries (400 words) and 2 longer articles (700 words).
Need someone with excellent writing skills, excellent research skills (using only legitimate resources, not fringe sites), and someone that is prompt and dependable. Pay starts at $10 to $35 depending on length and difficulty.
