One of the best things we get out of our events are the stories we hear about the actions you’ve taken! This year my challenge to you was to share the ONE ACTION that you would take after the event that would have the most impact for your blogging.<\/p>\n

It has been great to see all your actions across the internet – in our Facebook groups, in your (many!) blog posts and of course on Instagram using Easil<\/a>!<\/p>\n

For those of you who took up the challenge of creating your response with Easil and posting to Instagram, thank you for giving this new graphic design tool a go! The team at Easil said it was\u00a0tough to choose\u00a0a winner with some really great entries submitted and a tonne of effort put in.<\/p>\n

Earlier in the year I started to mull over the idea of introducing a podcast. I love talking to people so seems perfect. Digging in and getting started is the one action I’ll be taking post #pbevent for the most impact. The plan is to talk to people who’ve made a career change. Find out about how they achieved it, why they did it and what they’d do differently in hindsight.
