What You'll Be Doing

- Work with the editor to produce articles based on writing guidelines
- Submit drafts for review (length range from 1,000 – 1,500 words)
- Brainstorm and create ideas for future articles
- Research including hyperlinking to relevant sites (and citations as necessary)
- Write in a snappy, conversational tone interspersed with wit and sarcasm.

About You

- College students, recent graduates and freelancers are all welcome
- Interested in or have experience in content marketing
- Read a lot of blogs, particularly in regards to the target industry
- Up to date on popular culture (US-centric)
- Have or can produce writing samples for review
- Know how to write in a professional manner without sounding stuffy
- Proactive thinker that can understand what is required of them without it being spelled out
- Can follow instructions and deliver on a consistent basis

- Like to complain a lot or are negative in general (it will show up in your writing plus you'll be a pain to work with)
