Description
We are looking for 4 to 5 freelance writers with a background in interior design/home decor + content writing to deliver an exceptional content experience on our start-up blog.
Standout candidates for this role can demonstrate both expertise in the field of home decor and interior design (through educational credentials and/or professional writing experience), and a well-rounded portfolio of on-topic published web content covering a variety of styles and subjects matter.
The Role
Able to deliver 3-5 articles per week between 1000 and 2500 words on a regular basis.
Most will be creative home decor trends and inspirations, quality interior design tips, ideas, how-tos, and more – with a few product reviews or buying guides per month.
As an ideal candidate, you should have researched extensively (Especially Image) on any given topic before writing anything down - but don't worry if not because we'll provide guidance throughout your process; after you get enough depth knowledge for writing, choose your magic words for those articles.

Ø As a start-up site, we are looking for writers who are actively engaged with or passionate about the interior design community and design blogosphere.
Ø The qualified person should be able to write attention-grabbing, intelligent, useful, high-quality blog posts daily on the subject of interior design, home decor, furniture, architecture, tips, inspirations, and trends.
Ø Experience writing for online publications/blog(s)
Ø Have portfolio to show
Ø Native English Speaker, based in the US or Canada only
* Pay scale: 30 to 40 dollars per 1000 words.
