We run a US-targeted outdoor living blog, covering all aspects of the subject including outdoor furniture, cooking, fire pits, gazebos, power equipment and lawn & garden.
We're looking for US-based freelance writers with experience in this niche to create regular content for our blog on an ongoing basis.
We'll supply a detailed outline for each article, and will then expect you to research the topics on your own and write informative, educational content that answers readers' questions.
If you can write in an engaging way on this subject matter - are great at research/fact-checking, and always steer clear of fluff - then this could turn into a long-term arrangement.
Applicants must be able to follow a brief and stick to deadlines. Our whole publishing schedule will be impacted if deadlines are not adhered to, so we take this very seriously.
This position pays $0.03 cents per word on a freelance basis. (Please do not apply if you're not happy with this).

Shortlisted writers will be asked to write a paid 1200 word article - and our final selection will be made based upon this.
After that, you can expect a one-month trial to show you can consistently meet deadlines, then regular work after this.
