Description
- Write one 5,000 to 10,000-word blog post (covering content marketing, list building, content promotion or SEO) that is well researched, easy to read, SEO-optimized and blows our readers' minds for our blog at least twice per month. Write from a highly unique point of view about subjects that have been talked about on other blogs but is more data-driven and research-backed than the other blogs' articles.
- Ideally, you have a background in journalism and/or content marketing and have zero issue with meeting or beating deadlines.
- Absolutely does not write fluff and able to write step-by-step actionable how-to articles that are 2x to 10x more useful and in-depth than what's already out there.
- Familiar with the content from blogs like Backlinko, Quicksprout, CoSchedule, Groove, Buffer, etc.
- Role will expand overtime and may turn into a full-time opportunity if things go well and we enjoy working together.
- Able to cover other topics outside of content marketing such as productivity and self-improvement in a similar how-to step-by-step format
- You have a love of the English language and are hyper detail oriented
- You must have a bachelor's degree (at a minimum) and a master's degree in journalism or writing is preferred
