Aviation writer needed: long-term freelance position

Looking for freelance aviation writers who can contribute 1-3 informational articles (1500 words avg each) per week. Strong affinity with aviation is a must. Different types of aviation knowledge are considered (private / commercial / helicopter / military / etc.)

We need writers for the following categories:

• General aviation
• Consumer drones
•  Aircraft descriptions and comparisons

Applicants must:

• Be a native speaker of English.
• Have previous web writing experience.
• Have strong affinity with the aviation industry in some way.
• Have the ability to cover a topic in depth. Often a simple question will lead to a 1500 word article.

Conditions:

• We will pay you a rate per written word.
• Willing to make changes based on editorial feedback (usually nothing is needed if you follow the briefs well.)
• We own exclusive rights to the content, it must not be used, shared or published in any other way.
• We will be publishing under your own name if you have relevant authority and experience to add to a credible bio.

We will assign you a list of topics, and you choose what you want to write about.
